Online Direct Hiring Platform Launched: Easier Employer Transfers for Migrant Workers

To facilitate a seamless employer transition for migrant workers through direct hiring, the Ministry of Labor's Direct Hiring Center has officially launched the "Online Employer Transfer Matching Platform for Foreign Workers."

According to the Ministry of Labor, the platform supports four language interfaces, allowing foreign workers to upload their résumés, while direct-hire employers can post job openings, search for candidates, and send interview invitations.

The Ministry further explained that the platform offers comprehensive job matching functions. Employers only need to register with an email to log in, post job vacancies, and filter résumés based on specific criteria.

Additionally, the system will automatically match candidates based on employer needs, providing a list of recommended workers. Employers can then arrange interviews, while the Direct Hiring Center will assist in coordinating meeting schedules.

The Workforce Development Agency emphasized that the platform integrates the existing weekly employer transfer coordination meetings, improving efficiency by helping employers find suitable workers faster and ensuring a smoother transition for foreign workers changing jobs.
